Smoke Gone™ does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong quantity, or other non-defective purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue resulted from an error on our part.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
